The rigid construction using melt-blown manufacturing process provides exact particle control, consistent effluent quality and superior long service life. The cartridges are available in wide ratings from 0.5μm to 150 μm which meet a wide of filtration performance requirement.
● The Melt-Pure-VI cartridges are manufactured using unique melt blow fiber cross link bonding process resulting in rigid construction. The rigid construction keep the consistent pore size even under extreme operation and result in eliminating the bypass concern and unloading risk.
● The Melt-Pure-VI cartridges are defined as depth filtration filters. The depth filtration provides high loading capability and long service life. Meanwhile, the depth construction provides gel contamination removal performance to improve product yield. The cartridges are most ideally suitable for coating and ink filtration requirements. The chart shows the consistent particle removal efficiency with pressure drop increasing.
