High Flow Cartridge

Unifiltech High-Pleat-Flow-1 High Flow Cartridges are specially designed for the applications where the high flow capacity and absolute particle removal efficiency are required. The maximum flow rate per one element is up to 440 gpm. The cartridges are ideally suitable for PCW, pre-filtration, power generation and other applications


Features and benefits

● High Flow Capacity: The High-Pleat-Flow-1 high flow cartridges are designed employing unique pleating technology that maximizes the filtration surface area and available surface area. The construction provides high flow of up to 440 gpm per one element. This result in reduced filter usage which save the filtration capital investment.
● Super fine melt blow fibers: The high flow cartridges are manufactured from super fine melt blow fibers which provide absolute particle removal efficiency of 99.95% with wide chemical compatibility.
● Easy to use: The cartridges are design with operation-friendly tenet. It takes only around 1 minute to installation one element without tool, resulting in higher productivity and less downtime
