Unifiltech Melt-blown filter adopts All-Polypropylene material melt blown manufacturing techniques. Unlike typical melt blown filter, MB filter applied by the technique of melt blown and string-wound is characterized by by-tight structure and given high intensity.
● The by-tight style is specifically demonstrated as SODI structure (picture 1): the density of filter material is equally decreased by technological parameter in manufacturing process. MB filter adopts outside into and inside out working mode. The by-tight structure preventing large particle outside of layer, smaller particle in intermediate layer and tiny particle out of inner layer can efficiently intercept particle in fluid and significantly extend filter life.
●MB filter characterized by high intensity and rigidity provides filtration stability that typical filters can never exceed. High intensity and rigidity ensure the resisting deformation under high pressure in filtration process, beneficially eliminating filter bypass and unfolding high efficiency and compatibility.
